The Creativity IVF Distraction Challenge
We're both cycling over the next two months, and thought it would be a great distraction to focus on posting about DIY projects, or at least collecting inspiring images for things we might want to try in the future. Stop on over to her blog for more details.
I'm in a bit of a rush this morning, as we are trying to get out the door for our late Labor Day weekend getaway to the cape...sure to be filled with inspiration. And a perfect challenge for my trip since Hubby and I decided to make this an IF free getaway.
Let us know if you want to join in the fun. I'm thinking of creating a side bar for those who want to participate. (when I get back!)
And of course, I plan to share some pictures of the coffee table I've been painting when I get back as well.
OK, now go be inspired!
Hi Jen! Getting caught up on two weeks worth of blogs today and love that you are finding/creating good distractions while getting ready for the upcoming IVF. No help here on any good design sites but I have started checking out pinterest and love (like you said) we can get great ideas and let others do most of the work to find them, ok with me! I hope you and DH are having a fantastic IF free getaway, you sure deserve it!
ReplyDeleteI'm there! I've got a bunch of creative irons in the fire right now. The only thing is...how do I get pictures and thingies on my blog? Creative I am, good with computers I am not :)
ReplyDeleteOh, I love it! My acupuncturist is always telling me to continue creating during cycles because something about creative energy also contributes towards creating life...
ReplyDeleteHave a great trip!
This sounds like a great idea! I can't wait to see all your creativity!!
ReplyDeleteI'm constantly looking for new things to keep me busy, I look forward to hearing about your ideas.
ReplyDeleteI kinda love this idea :) I need to decorate our master bedroom, spare room, and family room. It seems so overwhelming, but probably a good distraction :)
